Patient Services Coordinator
My name is Trish Hoover. I started with New Sound Hearing 6-19-17, in the Alliance office. I am a “people person,” and enjoy talking to them and just being around them. I have worked with numerous doctors and in the medical field. Prior to getting into the medical field, I was a teacher and worked with kids in grades 6-8 that were mentally challenged, and one student that was Deaf. ( I was his interpreter and would go with him to his classes.) I also do Home Health. I get the opportunity to help people, and learn from them with their stories of their lives and about the challenges they have with some of their illnesses. (I definitely see how lucky I am.) I also, enjoy baking and doing crafts, and watching sports.
I am learning more about people and their needs so they don’t miss out on being able to hear things around them not only clearer but, better. I want to learn all that I can.

Great place to get your hearing needs and devices purchased and serviced. Great follow up services every 3-4 months for cleaning and minor parts which are usually part of the original purchase price. Free yearly hearing tests. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who treat you like family, not just a customer!David Varner, on Google
