Hi, my name is Marcy Serrano and I was born and raised in Alliance Ohio. My husband and I have two daughters. Our oldest will be attending law school and our youngest is currently attending Ohio State University. I am excited to be part of the NewSound Hearing Center team and to help our patients reconnect with their loved ones through better hearing.

With more than 22 years of experience in the hearing care industry, I bring a deep commitment to helping individuals reconnect with the sounds of life. My professional foundation began at Cuyahoga Community College and continued through specialized training at Beltone University. Coming from a family with multiple members in the hearing business, choosing this profession felt natural—almost like a calling passed down through generations. That strong personal connection has fueled my dedication to delivering compassionate, knowledgeable hearing care to every patient I meet.
Outside of work, I’m a proud parent in a big, busy family with seven wonderful kids who keep life full and lively. I’m also actively involved in coaching youth sports, which allows me to give back to the community and support young athletes as they grow. Born and raised in Ohio, I’ve lived here all my life and value the relationships built within the communities I serve. My roots run deep, and so does my passion for helping others hear their world more clearly.
